Clearstep at the London Marathon 2011

The London Marathon is the pinnacle of marathons in England, with thousands of runners each year the marathon generates a high level of publicity as well as donations to a wide variety of charities across the world. Dr Andrew McCance along with son Stuart McCance ran in this years marathon which was the most difficult marathon both have yet faced due to the hot weather conditions however both Stuart and Dr McCance managed to complete the marathon in a very respectable time.

Clearstep would therefore like to take this time to congratulate Stuart McCance and Dr Andrew McCance in running the London marathon on Sunday, at the age of 55 Dr McCance ran his third Marathon finishing the course in 5 hours 1 minute, which everyone at Clearstep is extremely proud of. Dr McCance embodies the values and ethics of Clearstep, we both believe in supporting the different causes as well as pushing yourself to be the best as you can which is apparent in the day to day development at Clearstep. Dr McCance managed to raise £1700 for the charity Action Media Research and is looking forward to running the London Marathon once again in 2012.
